Scheduling Information
Advisors are available to answer most questions by phone, email or in person. If it is determined that the question requires more complex advising or if you wish to speak with a financial aid counselor, an appointment may be scheduled.
Generally, appointments may be scheduled with any counselor.
If requesting disability or language accommodations for your appointment, please contact our office via phone or email so we may schedule your appointment with an appropriate length of time.
Counselors have reserved certain hours of the day to meet with students and families. Please do not contact them outside of the scheduled appointment time as a response is not guaranteed. If you need assistance outside of your scheduled appointment time, contact the Financial Aid Services Center.
All appointments are offered via Microsoft Teams (virtual appointments), phone or in person.
Specific Situations
Due to the nature of your appointment a specific type of appointment may be requested. Please review the appointment types to determine which is most appropriate. Otherwise you may schedule a general appointment with any of our counselors.

In the event that your appointment can be handled by an advisor or another department on campus, you may be contacted prior to your scheduled appointment and the appointment canceled if appropriate.
