Schedule an Appointment
Scheduling Information
Advisors are available to answer most questions by phone, email or in person. If an advisor determines that the question requires more complex advising or if you wish to speak with a financial aid counselor, an appointment may be scheduled.
Generally, appointments may be scheduled with any counselor.
If requesting disability or language accommodations for your appointment, please contact our office via phone or email so we may schedule your appointment with an appropriate length of time.

2024-2025 FAFSA Assistance Appointments
Appointments are available if you need assistance in filing your 2024-2025 FAFSA through the end of April.
Do not schedule an appointment to make a correction to your 2024-2025 FAFSA. Corrections cannot be done until after the initial FAFSA is processed, approximately mid-April.
In the event that your appointment can be handled by an advisor or another department on campus, you may be contacted prior to your scheduled appointment and the appointment canceled if appropriate.
Counselors have reserved certain hours of the day to meet with students and families. Please do not contact them outside of the scheduled appointment time as response is not guaranteed. If you need assistance outside of your scheduled appointment time, contact the Financial Aid Services Center at financialaid@wwu.edu or (360) 650-3470.
All appointments are available via Microsoft Teams (virtual appointments), phone or in person. In you are unable to access Teams and wish to schedule a virtual appointment, contact our office by phone at (360) 650-3470.
